Are you interested in Qigong

Qigong, (or Ch’i Kung) means “Internal/Energy Work”, and is at the center of all we do in the Internal Martial Art of Taijiquan. In fact, any series of movements that cause an internal flow of energy just by the thought, and when combined with a certain breathing technique can be considered to be Qi-gong.

What makes ours different from others is that we do Qigong under stress. Meaning that rather than just sitting in a nice relaxed state to meditate, we stand in the very difficult stance, so that we can learn how to remain in that Zen like state while the body is under stress.

All our Qigong's are mind and body qigong's, not just mind, so we are cleansing and strengthening the Qi, along with the body, but to do them together, rather than doing heaps of physical exercise and then sitting down to meditate. So this means that all the Qi work coincides with the physical work at the same time in harmony.

There are three main purposes for Qigong: (Videos)

1) Self-Healing - strengthening our own bodies and spirit
2) Martial - developing and issuing power
3) Medical - using taiji qigong to help others heal themselves
